- Producing method of Songi Ju (fermented pine mushroom & rice wine) is different from other companies’ fermentation method.
We use the original fermentation method which is fermenting songi (pine mushroom) and grains (rice) at a low temperature for a long period.
In this way, songi’s main ingredients and flavor are drawn well deeply.
While using tested rice, pine mushroom and water as its perfect combination ratio, we do not add water in the process (if the percentage of alcohol in liquor is higher than legal amount, some companies add water to lower the alcohol percent, which would change the taste of rice wine.)
Songi Ju is produced with special method and the filtering process is just omitted. Unrefined rice wine is purely made of rice and carbonic acid.

- Our product is purely fermented rice wine without addition of alcohol, which distinguishes from other companies’ pine mushroom rice wine adding alcohol.
Also, by using pine mushroom of Yangyang which is the number one location geographically for songi, the value of our product can’t be even compared with other products.
